cPanel is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to focus on high quality in regards to cPanel software!

Type: Full-time, Regular
Pay rate: Starting salary is $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience.
Telecommute: No

The Quality Assurance Analyst focuses on high quality in regards to cPanel software. As a member of a scrum team, the QA Analyst is responsible for for working with the team throughout the development cycle, testing work done by the team, and sharing feedback about the feature. The QA Analyst also participates in QA department goals and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Works closely with team and contributes to decisions regarding feature development
Applies testing strategies to new and existing features throughout the development process
Reports defects and advocates for fixes and improvements
Participates in opportunities to support department goals and projects
Contributes to department documentation
Demonstrates and acts in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures
Skills and experience you need to have

Technical skills

A strong understanding of Linux command line usage is required for this job
Some experience with Selenium
A familiarity with Perl and Git.
Previous experience with Quality Assurance concepts and methods
Education/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Some Quality Assurance experience
