Overview
Are you well-versed in the wide world of social media? Do you love creating high-quality content to inspire your followers? ChickTech is seeking a Social Media Intern to help us develop and expand the impact of our digital marketing channels. This internship will be responsible for helping us develop a new social media strategy to increase our brand reach and help us spread the word about our free STEM education and networking opportunities. We typically work Monday through Thursday, and we encourage our staff to take advantage of flexible schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance. For this internship, you can expect to spend 5-8 hours per week working on projects and collaborating remotely with ChickTech staff.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the option to engage in other learning opportunities such as job shadowing and observing or participating in meetings relevant to your career goals or interests.
Culture
As a small but mighty staff, we believe that a lateral approach to leadership and decision-making helps us collaborate effectively and engage in our work more authentically. We are energized by the challenge of creating strategic, systemic change at all levels, both internally and externally. We value and encourage curiosity, empathy, and openness. We are devoted to providing the space and support needed to take care of ourselves, our families, and each other.
